The safety, wellbeing and comfort of our visitors and exhibitors is our paramount concern and we will continue to take all the necessary steps to ensure our venue is safe in line with the Events Industry Guidelines and Government regulations.

Cranmore Park has been awarded the ‘Good to Go’ certification by Visit England, which means our venue has followed Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of our visitors and exhibitors.

Following the latest government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 in large-scale events, we have added some extra measures for enhanced safety and peace of mind and as with other large UK venues, we’re implementing COVID-19 status checks at agreed entry points.

When visiting Cranmore Park, visitors should come prepared to show proof of their COVID-19 status.

Please read the guidance below to prepare for your visit

When visiting a show at Cranmore Park, visitors should come prepared to show proof of their COVID-19 status by one of the following:

NHS COVID-19 Pass via the NHS App (NB This is different to the NHS COVID-19 Test and Trace app.) It is advised you apply no later than 48 hours before attending the show to allow for the application to be processed in time. (Please note the pass is only available 2 weeks after completing a full vaccine course and can take up to 5 days to show on the record).

NHS Covid Vaccination card with proof of Double Vaccine (only valid 2 weeks after completing full vaccine course).

Proof of immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period. (This is available via the NHS app).

Lateral flow or PCR negative test results text or e-mail, received within 48 hours prior to attending the event.

If visitors would prefer not to use the app or do not have a smartphone, they can obtain a NHS COVID-19 Pass letter (proving vaccination status only) by calling 119 or visiting the NHS website. Visitors with a medical exemption should advise a member of staff during the checking process.

Visitors are asked NOT to enter the building if they answer YES to any of the following questions

  • Are you feeling unwell, including a high temperature, new continuous cough and a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste?
  • Are you currently required to isolate following a visit to an area or country where quarantine is required upon return?
  • Have you been told to self-isolate by a government test and trace service?
  • Is anyone in your household suffering with COVID-19 symptoms?
  • Have you been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19?

Any visitor must leave immediately should they develop COVID-19 symptoms whilst at the venue.
