Car Parking

Cranmore Park has its own car parking facilities available free of charge to visitors of INDX shows.


Cranmore Park is an accessible venue with disability car parking spaces close to the main reception, a lift to access the first floor and toilets located on the ground and first floors.

Are INDX shows open to non-AIS buyers?

Yes, INDX shows are open to buyers and retailers who are not AIS members; however, admission is restricted to independent buyers and retailers only.

I am a new start-up independent retailer. Can I still attend?

Yes, if you have funds in place and are ready to place orders please register via the relevant link for the event you are interested in attending. Please note that you may be required to pay pro-forma on any orders you place with exhibitors.

Is there an entrance fee payable?

No, entrance is free of charge to independent buyers and retailers.

Do I have to pre-register to attend an INDX show?

Yes. The health and wellbeing of everyone involved is our main priority. To minimise contact during registration we are requesting that all visitors pre-register to attend an event.

I have completed the online registration process, when will I receive my entrance badge?

When you register online you will receive a notification email to confirm receipt of your registration. On approval of your registration a confirmation email will be sent attaching your e-badge to download. Please print and bring this with you to the show.

If you haven’t received your e-badge within 7 days of the event, please check your email settings as this could be in your spam/junk folder. Alternatively, please contact info@cranmorepark.co.uk for assistance.

On the day registrations at the venue are not currently available.

Does Cranmore Park have any electric car charging points and if so, how much does it cost?

Yes, an electric car charging point is available to hire on a pre-bookable basis only. Charges may apply. Please contact reception@aistores.co.uk for further details.

How do I access Wi-Fi at Cranmore Park?

Cranmore Park provides free, fast Wi-Fi suitable for browsing, social media and email. To access Wi-Fi please sign in to <Cranmore Park Guest Wi-Fi> and follow the instructions.

Can I charge my personal devices at Cranmore Park and if so, how much does it cost?

No, not at the moment but this facility is being introduced shortly.

Are there cloakroom facilities at Cranmore Park?

There is an unattended cloakroom which you are welcome to use, however anything left there is done so at the owner’s risk.

Can I purchase food and drink at Cranmore Park?

Yes, visitors will be able to purchase a selection of freshly prepared, tasty options. In addition, there is a Coffee Lounge located on the first floor. Please note that any chargeable catering will now be restricted to card payment only to minimise contact at Cranmore Park.

Are there any water bottle refill stations at Cranmore Park?

Yes, there are several water bottle refill stations located around the venue.

Can children attend INDX shows?

Due to health & safety requirements children under the age of 16 will not be permitted entry to the show. Visitors may be refused entry if they arrive with a child under the age of 16.

Are there cash points at Cranmore Park?

There are no cash point facilities at Cranmore Park.

Smoking policy

Cranmore Park operates a no smoking policy throughout the venue. This includes E-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking is permitted outside the venue only in the designated smoking shelter at the front of the building.

COVID-19 statement

We’ve missed you! Cranmore Park is looking forward to reopening to visitors in line with the latest Government guidance.

Whilst we’ve been away, we’ve introduced several safety measures and enhanced cleaning procedures to protect our visitors and staff and are certified ‘Good to Go’ by VisitBritain.

As we return to holding live events again, we recommend that if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or if they or you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, we respectfully request that you refrain from attending an INDX show.

Please remember to bring your face mask or suitable face covering with you as wearing these will be mandatory within the public areas and showrooms within Cranmore Park. Face masks may be temporarily removed when seated within the catering areas and in any outdoor space.

The safety of our visitors is paramount. You will be asked to adhere to all safety measures whilst on site.
