Covid 19 safety measures at Cranmore Park and INDX trade shows

The safety, wellbeing and comfort of our visitors and exhibitors is our paramount concern and we will continue to take all the necessary steps to ensure our venue is safe in line with the Events Industry Guidelines and Government regulations.

Cranmore Park has been awarded the ‘Good to Go’ certification by Visit England, which means our venue has followed Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of our visitors and exhibitors.

The Government has eased many of the mandatory guidelines from Monday 19th July, however we want to make sure our visitors, exhibitors and employees feel safe during our events and therefore will be retaining a number of these existing measures:

Enhanced cleaning measures have been established which include increased frequency of cleaning, a focus on high touch point areas and the use of chemical fogging before and after each event.

Please wear a face mask in all public areas, unless you are exempt.

Multiple hand washing and hand sanitiser points are available throughout the venue.

We recommend that all visitors undertake a lateral flow Covid test 48 hours before attending an event, for additional peace of mind.

Please maintain a safe distance from other people you're not visiting with and avoid direct contact with others.

A risk assessment is in place with measures determined by Government and event industry guidelines.

Our catering provision will still provide tasty meals and refreshments but may look different in accordance with our safety measures. Track & Trace is available in all eating areas.

Pre-registering and printing your badge, together with contactless payment throughout the venue will provide a simpler, contact-free experience.
